Fault codeEr07-0
Regeneration discharge overload occurs due to low brake resistor power, high motor speed, or rapid deceleration. The manual's first action is: “7100-0700h”
- Model
- INVT DA180
- Display shows
- Regeneration discharge overload fault (Er07-0)
- Type
- Fault code
- Source
- Manual p. 258
What Er07-0 means
Regeneration discharge overload fault p. 258
Common causes
- 1. The brake resistor power is low. 2. The motor speed is too high or the deceleration is too quick, which causes the failure to absorb the regenerative energy within specified time. 3. The action limit of the external brake resistor is restricted to the duty ratio 10%. p. 258

What to do
- 7100-0700h p. 258
- 1. Replace the internal brake resistor with an external one and increase the power. 2. Modify the deceleration time and reduce the regenerative discharge action rate. 3. Reduce the motor speed. 4. Improve the capacity of the motor and drive. p. 258
