The MAX1036–MAX1039 low-power, 8-bit, multichannel, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) feature internal track/hold (T/H), voltage reference, clock, and an I2C-compatible 2-wire serial interface. These devices operate from a single supply and require only 350µA at the maximum sampling rate of 188ksps. Auto- Shutdown™ powers down the devices between conver- sions reducing supply current to less than 1µA at low throughput rates. The MAX1036/MAX1037 have four ana- log input channels each, while the MAX1038/MAX1039 have twelve analog input channels. The analog inputs are software configurable for unipolar or bipolar and single- ended or pseudo-differential operation. The full-scale analog input range is determined by the internal reference or by an externally applied reference voltage ranging from 1V to VDD. The MAX1037/ MAX1039 feature a 2.048V internal reference and the MAX1036/MAX1038 feature a 4.096V internal reference. The MAX1036/MAX1037 are available in 8-pin SOT23 packages. The MAX1038/MAX1039 are available in 16- pin QSOP packages. The MAX1036–MAX1039 are guar- anteed over the extended industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C). Refer to MAX1136–MAX1139 for 10-bit devices and to the MAX1236–MAX1239 for 12-bit devices. This document describes the AD7938/AD7939, an 8-channel, 1.5 MSPS, 12-bit and 10-bit parallel ADC. It features configurable analog input channels, accurate on-chip 2.5V reference, and a high-speed parallel interface.

The SD103 series is a metal-on-silicon Schottky barrier device which is protected by a PN junction guard ring. This diode is also available in the Mini-MELF case with the type designations LL103A to LL103C, DO35 case with the type designations SD103A to SD103C and SOD123 case with type designations SD103AW-V to SD103CW-V. The low forward voltage drop and fast switching make it ideal for protection of MOS devices, steering, biasing, and coupling diodes for fast switching and low logic level applications. It is suitable for general purpose applications. Lead (Pb)-free component, compliant with RoHS 2002/95/EC and WEEE 2002/96/EC.

The PS9552, PS9552L1, PS9552L2 and PS9552L3 are optically coupled isolators containing a GaAlAs LED on the input side and a photo diode, a signal processing circuit and a power output transistor on the output side on one chip. The PS9552 Series is designed specifically for high common mode transient immunity (CMR), high output current and high switching speed. The PS9552 Series is suitable for driving IGBTs and MOS FETs.

The SN74HC86-Q1 is a quadruple 2-input exclusive-OR gate designed for automotive applications. It has a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 6V and can drive up to 10 LSTTL loads. The device has low power consumption (maximum 20µA), strong output drive capability (±4mA output drive), and low input current (maximum 1µA). It performs the Boolean function Y = A B or Y = AB + AB in positive logic. A common application is as a true/complement element. If one of the inputs is low, the other input is reproduced in true form at the output. If one of the inputs is high, the signal on the other input is reproduced inverted at the output.

This datasheet provides information on the features and applications of CD4070B and CD4077B, including functions, packages, temperature ranges, etc.

This document is an introduction to the product DS2433. This product is a 4kb 1-Wire® EEPROM with 4096 bits Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM). It has a unique 64-bit registration number, which ensures absolute identity.

This data sheet provides detailed information on the SN54LV02A and SN74LV02A dual-input positive NOR gates. These devices operate from 2 to 5.5 V VCC and perform the Boolean function Y = A + B or Y = A•B in positive logic. These devices are fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the devices.

MAX3800 is a +3.3V adaptive cable equalizer and cable driver implemented together on a single chip

SN54ALS33A, SN74ALS33A are quadruple 2-input positive-NOR buffers with open-collector outputs. These devices require resistive pullup to perform correctly and can deliver higher VOH levels. They are commonly used in wired-AND applications. These devices perform the Boolean functions Y = A • B or Y = A + B in positive logic.

The MAX3801 is a +3.3V adaptive cable equalizer designed for coaxial and twin-axial cable point-to-point communications applications. The equalizer includes differential CML data inputs and outputs, a loss-of-sig- nal (LOS) output, and a cable integrity monitor (CIM) output.

The LP2994 regulator is designed to provide a linear solution to meet the JEDEC SSTL-2 and SSTL-3 specifications (Se- ries Stub Termination Logic) for active termination of DDR- SDRAM. The device utilizes an internal operational amplifier to provide linear regulation of VTT without the need for expensive external components. The output stage prevents shoot through while delivering 1.5A continuous current and maintaining excellent load regulation. The LP2994 also in- corporates an active low shutdown pin to tri-state the output during Suspend To Ram (STR) states. Patents Pending Features: Source and sink current, Low external component count, Independent analog and power rails, Linear topology, Small package SO-8, Low cost and easy to use, Shutdown pin. Applications: SSTL-2, SSTL-3, DDR-SDRAM Termination, DDR-II Termination.

The MAX3980 quad equalizer provides compensation for transmission medium losses for four “lanes” of digital NRZ data at a 3.125Gbps data rate in one package. It is tailor-made for 10-Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) backplane applications requiring attenuation of noise and jitter that occur in communicating from MAC to PMD or from MAC to Switch. In support of the IEEE-802.3ae for the XAUI interface, the MAX3980 adaptively allows XAUI lanes to reach up to 40in (1.0m) on FR-4 board material. The equalizer has 100Ω differential CML data inputs and outputs. The MAX3980 is available in a 44-pin exposed-pad QFN package. The MAX3980 consumes only 700mW at +3.3V or 175mW per channel.
