This document describes the IDT octal bidirectional transceiver product series, which are built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. These products are designed for asynchronous two-way communication between data buses. They have transmit/receive input to determine the data flow direction, and output enable input to disable both A and B ports. The series features low power consumption, true TTL input and output compatibility, etc.

The IDT octal bidirectional transceivers are fast CMOS devices with performance equivalent to FAST speed and drive. There are three different versions, with speeds 25% or 40% faster than FAST. They are compatible with TTL input/output levels and CMOS output levels. The devices have an IOL of 64mA (commercial) and 48mA (military), and maximum input current of 5µA. The products comply with MIL-STD-883 Class B and DESC standards. They meet or exceed JEDEC Standard 18 specifications.

The ADV7202 is a video sampling codec with features including four 10-bit video DACs, 10-bit video rate digitization, AGC control, and multi-channel inputs.

The IDT54/74FCT521T/AT/BT/CT are 8-bit identity comparators built using an advanced dual metal CMOS technology. These devices compare two words of up to eight bits each and provide a LOW output when the two words match bit for bit. The expansion input IA = B also serves as an active LOW enable input.

This document describes a product that is pin and software compatible with standard 80C51 products and 80C51Fx/Rx/Rx+. It can be used as a plug-in replacement for Intel's 8xC251Sx. The product features the C251 core, a 40-byte register file, registers accessible as bytes, words or dwords, a three-stage instruction pipeline, and a 16-bit internal code fetch. It also has an enriched C51 instruction set, a 16-bit and 32-bit ALU, compare and conditional jump instructions, an expanded set of move instructions, linear addressing, and 1KB of on-chip RAM. The external memory space is programmable from 64 kilobytes to 256 kilobytes. The product is available in different versions with on-chip EPROM/OTPROM or masked ROM, and there is also a ROMless version. It provides four 8-bit parallel I/O ports, a full duplex UART with independent baud rate generator, a synchronous serial link controller, TWI multi-master protocol, μWire and SPI master and slave protocols, three 16-bit timers/counters, an event and waveform controller, and compatibility with Intel's programmable counter array (PCA). The product has a common 16-bit timer/counter reference with four possible clock sources and five modules, each with four programmable modes, including software timer/counter and timer/counter functionality.

The FCT16823AT/BT/CT/ET and FCT162823AT/BT/CT/ET are 18-bit bus interface registers built using advanced, dual metal CMOS technology. These high-speed, low-power registers with clock enable (xCLKEN) and clear (xCLR) controls are ideal for parity bus interfacing in high-performance synchronous systems.

IDT 54/74FCT16244T/AT/CT/ET is a high-speed CMOS 16-bit buffer/line driver introduced by IDT. It features 0.5 MICRON CMOS Technology, high-speed, low-power CMOS replacement for ABT functions.

This document describes the design and specifications of the product, including temperature range, rated voltage, capacitance range, capacitance tolerance, dissipation factor, etc. The product is designed for applications where high density insertion of components is required and offers high volumetric efficiency and excellent electrical characteristics. It is recommended for general purpose usage and noise suppression for logic circuits.

The S-817 Series is a 3-terminal positive voltage regulator, developed using CMOS technology. Small ceramic capacitors can be used as the output capacitor, and the S-817 series provides stable operation with low loads down to 1 µA. Compared with the conventional voltage regulator, it is of low current consumption, and with a lineup of the super small package (SNT-4A:1.2 x 1.6mm). It is optimal as a power supply of small portable device.

TSC80C31/80C51 is a high-performance SCMOS version of the 8051 NMOS single-chip 8-bit µC. The fully static design of the TSC80C31/80C51 allows for reducing system power consumption by lowering the clock frequency to any value, even DC, without data loss. The TSC80C31/80C51 retains all the features of the 8051: 4K bytes of ROM; 128 bytes of RAM; 32 I/O lines; two 16-bit timers; a 5-source, 2-level interrupt structure; a full-duplex serial port; and on-chip oscillator and clock circuits. Additionally, the TSC80C31/80C51 has two software-selectable modes of reduced activity for further power consumption reduction. In Idle Mode, the CPU is frozen while the RAM, timers, serial port, and interrupt system continue to function. In Power Down Mode, the RAM is saved and all other functions are inoperative. The TSC80C31/80C51 is manufactured using the SCMOS process, allowing them to run from 0 up to 44 MHz with VCC = 5 V. The TSC80C31/80C51 is also available at 20 MHz with 2.7 V < Vcc < 5.5 V.
