The FCT257T is a high-speed quad 2-input multiplexer built using an advanced dual metal CMOS technology. This product has low input and output leakage, CMOS power levels, True TTL input and output compatibility, high drive outputs, meet or exceed JEDEC standard 18 specifications, military product compliant to MIL-STD-883, Class B and DESC listed (dual marked)

The IDT7130/IDT7140 are high-speed 1K x 8 Dual-Port Static RAMs. The IDT7130 is designed to be used as a stand-alone 8-bit Dual-Port RAM or as a 'MASTER' Dual-Port RAM together with the IDT7140 'SLAVE' Dual-Port in 16-bit-or-more word width systems. Using the IDT MASTER/SLAVE Dual-Port RAM approach in 16-or-more-bit memory system applications results in full-speed, error-free operation without the need for additional discrete logic.

The ICTE/MPTE series 1500 W transient suppressors are designed specifically for protection of CMOS, NMOS, BiMOS, and other integrated circuits available today for TTL, DTL, ECL, RTL, and linear functions. This series offers the lowest clamping voltages.

HV508 is a 45V liquid crystal shutter driver in an SO-8 surface mount package. It consist of two outputs that provide square waves of opposite phase. The liquid crystal shutter is connected between the two outputs. Its equivalent load can be approximated as a resistor in parallel with a capacitor. Minimum resistance is 1.0MΩ and maximum capacitance is 0.1µF. The HV508 has three input supply voltages, HVIN, LVIN and VDD. The output’s amplitude will be either LVIN or HVIN. A logic high on the HVEN pin will make the output voltage HVIN, a logic low will make the output voltage LVIN.

The HS-508ARH is a dielectrically isolated, radiation hardened, CMOS analog multiplexer with overvoltage protection. It can withstand analog input voltages much greater than the supplies, eliminating the possibility of damage when supplies are off but input signals are present. It can also withstand brief input transient spikes of several hundred volts without the need for complex external protection networks. The device has higher ON resistance compared to similar unprotected devices, but very low leakage current, resulting in low errors.

This document provides background information on the name change of Hitachi Electric and Hitachi XX to Renesas Technology Corp. On April 1, 2003, Renesas Technology Corporation took over the semiconductor operations of Mitsubishi Electric and Hitachi, including microcomputer, logic, analog and discrete devices, and memory chips other than DRAMs. The document clarifies that the mentioned Hitachi brand names have been changed to Renesas Technology Corp.

This document describes the features and characteristics of Agilent T-13/4 (5 mm) Precision Optical Performance InGaN Blue and Green Lamps, including well defined spatial radiation pattern, viewing angles, high luminous output, colors, resistance to moisture, and UV resistant epoxy.

The B15 Ribbon Cable connector is compliant with MIL Standard HIF3B series and features a mechanism to prevent mis-insertion. It is UL approved and suitable for use with AWG#28 cables.

The HI-8783, HI-8784, HI-8785 products can convert 8-bit parallel data to ARINC 429 or 561 data, support high speed data bus interface and on-chip line driver option, provide SOIC packages, and support military processing options.

1N120BND is a 5.3A, 1200V, NPT series N-Channel IGBT with Anti-Parallel Hyperfast Diode manufactured by Intersil. It is ideal for many high voltage switching applications operating at moderate frequencies where low conduction losses are essential, such as: AC and DC motor controls, power supplies and drivers for solenoids, relays and contactors.

SY10/100EL16VA-VF are differential receivers. The devices are equivalent to SY10/100EL16 or SY10/ 100EL16V with enhanced capabilities. The QHG, /QHG outputs have a DC gain several times larger than the DC gain of the Q output. The SY10/100EL16VA have an identical pinout to the SY10/100EL16 or SY10/100EL16V. It provides a VBB output for either single-ended application or as a DC bias for AC coupling to the device. The SY10/100EL16VB are very similar to the SY10/ 100EL16VA. The /Q output is provided for feedback purposes. The SY10/100EL16VC provides an /EN input which is synchronized with the data input (D) signal in a way that provides glitchless gating of the QHG and /QHG outputs. When the /EN signal is LOW, the input is passed to the outputs and the data output equals the data input. When the data input is HIGH and the /EN goes HIGH, it will force the QHG LOW and the /QHG HIGH on the next negative transition of the data input. If the data input is LOW when the /EN goes HIGH, the next data transition to a HIGH is ignored and QHG remains LOW and /QHG remains HIGH. The next positive transition of the data input is not passed on to the data outputs under these conditions. The QHG and /QHG outputs remain in their dis- abled state as long as the /EN input is held HIGH. The /EN input has no influence on the /Q output and the data input is passed on (inverted) to this output whether /EN is HIGH or LOW. This configuration is ideal for crystal oscillator applica- tions, where the crystal oscillator provides the clock.
