The ADuC812 is an 8051-based microcontroller core with 8-channel 12-bit ADC and embedded Flash, with high precision, high speed and low power consumption.

MCM67J618B is a 1,179,648 bit synchronous static random access memory designed to provide a burstable, high–performance, secondary cache for the i486 and Pentium microprocessors.

The NCP803 is a low power system supervisor circuit designed to monitor VCC in digital systems and provide a reset signal to the host processor when necessary. No external components are required. The reset output is driven active within 10µsec of VCC falling through the reset voltage threshold. Reset is maintained active for a minimum of 140msec after VCC rises above the reset threshold. The NCP803 has an open drain active-low RESET output. The output of the NCP803 is guaranteed valid down to VCC = 1.0V and is available in a SOT-23 package. The NCP803 is optimized to reject fast transient glitches on the VCC line. Low supply current of 1.0µA (VCC = 3.2V) make this device suitable for battery powered applications.

IS63LV1024 is a 128K x 8 high-performance CMOS static RAM with 3.3V revolutionary pinout. It is fabricated using ISSI's high-performance CMOS technology, which provides high reliability and low power consumption. When CE is HIGH, the device enters a standby mode with a power dissipation of 250µW.

The AD8307 is a low cost DC-500MHz, 92dB logarithmic amplifier. It features a complete multistage logarithmic amplifier, 92dB dynamic range, single supply operation of 2.7V, and can be powered up in 100ns.

The HMA121 series, HMA124, and HMA2701 series consist of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a silicon phototransistor in a compact 4-pin mini-flat package. The lead pitch is 2.54 mm. The HMAA2705 consists of two gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes, connected in inverse parallel, driving a single silicon phototransistor in a compact 4-pin mini-flat package. The lead pitch is 2.54mm.

CAT25C128/256 is a 128K/256K-Bit SPI Serial CMOS EEPROM manufactured by Catalyst, with 5 MHz SPI compatibility, 1.8 to 5.5 volt operation, hardware and software protection, low power CMOS technology, SPI mode (0,0 and 1,1), industrial and automotive temperature ranges, self-timed write cycle, 64-byte page write buffer, block write protection (can protect 1/4, 1/2 or the entire EEPROM array), 100,000 program/erase cycles, 100 years data retention, RoHS-compliant packages

AD1955 is a high performance multibit sigma-delta DAC chip launched by AD company, supporting 24-bit 192kHz PCM audio data and SACD audio data.

ADG1233/ADG1234 triple/quad SPDT ±15 V/+12 V i CMOS switches, featuring 1.5 pF off capacitance and 0.5 pC charge injection, a supply range of 33 V, a logic-compatible input voltage range of 3 V, a typical on resistance of 120 Ω, and TSSOP, LFCSP packages. Typical power consumption is less than 0.03 μW
