The THS4041 and THS4042 are single/dual, high-speed voltage feedback amplifiers capable of driving any capacitive load. This makes them ideal for a wide range of applications including driving video lines or buffering ADCs. The devices feature high 165-MHz bandwidth and 400-V/µsec slew rate. The THS4041/2 are stable at all gains for both inverting and noninverting configurations. For video applications, the THS4041/2 offer excellent video performance with 0.01% differential gain error and 0.01° differential phase error. These amplifiers can drive up to 100 mA into a 20-Ω load and operate off power supplies ranging from ±5V to ±15V.

The MAX148/MAX149 are 10-bit data acquisition systems that combine an 8-channel multiplexer, high-bandwidth track/hold, and serial interface with high conversion speed and low power consumption. They operate from a single +2.7V to +5.25V supply, and sample at up to 133ksps. Both devices' analog inputs are software configurable for unipolar/bipolar and single-ended/differential operation. The 4-wire serial interface connects directly to SPI™/QSPI™ and MICROWIRE™ devices without external logic. A serial-strobe output allows direct connection to TMS320-family digital signal processors. The MAX148/MAX149 use either the internal clock or an external serial-interface clock to perform successive-approximation analog-to-digital conversions. The MAX149 has an internal 2.5V reference, while the MAX148 requires an external reference. Both parts have a reference-buffer amplifier with a ±1.5% voltage-adjustment range. These devices provide a hard-wired SHDN pin and a software-selectable power-down, and can be pro-grammed to automatically shut down at the end of a con- version. Accessing the serial interface automatically powers up the MAX148/MAX149, and the quick turn-on time allows them to be shut down between all conver- sions. This technique can cut supply current to under 60µA at reduced sampling rates. The MAX148/MAX149 are available in a 20-pin DIP and a 20-pin SSOP. For 4-channel versions of these devices, see the MAX1248/MAX1249 data sheet.

TEW5281-1-2-3 is a receive transformer, complies with ANSI T1.408 and CCITT I.431, and is suitable for main network nodes, PBX or computers to T1/CEPT digital trunks.

The ADM3202/ADM3222/ADM1385 transceivers are high speed, 2-channel RS-232/V.28 interface devices that operate from a single 3.3 V power supply. Low power consumption and a shutdown facility (ADM3222/ADM1385) make them ideal for battery-powered portable instruments. The ADM3202/ADM3222/ADM1385 parts are available in PDIP, SOIC_N, SOIC_W, SSOP, and TSSOP packages.

The AD589 is a 2-terminal, low cost, temperature compensated band gap voltage reference that provides a fixed 1.23 V output voltage for input currents between 50 μA and 5.0 mA.
