This product is a 4-bit LVDS receiver with a working frequency range of 8MHz to 150MHz, supports 7X stream transmission, and can be used for various home appliances, commercial equipment, instruments, and medical equipment.

This is an interface IC for a 5V smart card. It works as a bidirectional signal buffer between a smart card and a controller. Also, it supplies 5V power to a smart card. With an electrostatic breakdown voltage of more than ±6000V, it protects the card contact pins.

BU1574GUW is a ROHM AIE : Adaptive Image Enhancer image processing chip that supports QCIF to WVGA+ sized image data, ITU-R BT.656-4 or YCbCr data formats, three operating modes: Image Enhance, Through and Sleep, registers can be set up through the 2-wire serial interface (I2C), a PWM output for image adjustment LCD backlight control, built-in edge enhancement and gamma filters, applications for car cameras, car displays, car navigation systems, mobile phones and portable DVD etc.

BU2373FV and BU2374FV are high-performance image sampling VCOs with built-in VCO and phase comparator, which can conveniently build a PLL system through external connection of LPF and frequency divider. In order to facilitate the loop constant settings of the PLL system, the application manual has been enhanced to ensure studies on the application.

BU6520KV,BU6521KV are video encoders with built-in AIE image correction function. Also, BU6521KV has the image correcting function of the fog reduction, too. Fog Reduction, the brightness correction, the backlight correction and the chroma emphasis can improve the visibility of the input image of the camera.

This document describes the features of the PMGD8000LN Dual µTrenchMOS™ logic level FET, including the use of TrenchMOS™ technology, fast switching, and logic level compatibility.

This document describes the features and characteristics of a wide bandwidth audio-video switch product named BH7645KS2, including video inputs selector, component inputs, built-in LPF selector, built-in video mute function, audio inputs selector, built-in power-on mute function, I2C-BUS control, etc.

BH7649KS2 is a single-chip integrated video switch, audio switch, and isolation amplifier.

BH7673G is a SSOP5 small package, low current, high common mode rejection ratio, wide dynamic range, high input impedance, wide band single-channel video isolation amplifier, suitable for D4 standard.

BH768xx series video drivers are the optimum solution for high density integration systems such as, digital still cameras, mobile phones, and portable video devices. A built-in charge pump circuit eliminates the need for a large output coupling capacitor. Features include: a built-in LPF, low-voltage (2.5 V) operation, and 0 µA current consumption during standby mode.

This document introduces the high-performance video signal switcher series products from ROHM, including video drivers with built-in low voltage operation and input selection switch for single video switchers. It also introduces single video switchers with wide band low voltage operation. The document lists the features and characteristics of each model.

This manual introduces the application information of ROHM products, mainly including product introduction, application circuit diagram, application circuit parameters, etc., which can help users quickly understand the product features and usage.

BD3825FS is an audio signal switch IC used for PAL DVD-Recorders. It supports six input lines which are controlled by the I2C-BUS of video signal LSI BH7624KS2. In addition, BD3825FS has two built-in Function Switch features.
