This document introduces the BD7561/BD7541 family and BD7562/BD7542 family products, including product features, characteristics, pin assignments and other information.

RLN/RLS Class H Fuses 250/600 VAC I Renewable I 1 – 600 Amperes is a quality product produced by Littelfuse company. It is traditionally used to provide low-cost protection for general-purpose feeder and branch circuits where available short-circuit currents do not exceed 10,000 amperes.

The LM393/LM339/LM2903/LM2901 series of comparators are integrated circuits launched by Rohm, which feature high gain, low power consumption, and a wide voltage range. This series of products has commercial and industrial grades. The temperature range of commercial grade is 0℃ to 70℃. The temperature range of industrial grade is -40℃ to 125℃. The output stage of this series of products adopts open collector output, which can be compatible with single/dual power supply. The supply current is 0.4 mA (LM2903/393 series) and 1.1 mA (LM2901/339 series). The input bias current is 25 nA. The input offset current is 5 nA. The input voltage range includes ground. The differential input voltage can be applied to the absolute maximum rating ±36 V. The output voltage is TTL, MOS and CMOS compatible output.

BU4S01G2,BU4S11G2,BU4SU69G2,BU4S71G2,BU4S81G2, BU4S584G2 is a single-gate CMOS logic IC produced by ROHM. It is packaged in SSOP5 and has a power supply voltage range of 3V-16V. It features low power consumption, high input impedance, high fan-out, and is compatible with BU4000B series (1ch). It is suitable for use in applications that require low power consumption and high noise tolerance.

GPIO expander is a useful tool for applications that lack IO ports. It can control GPIO output states using the I2C write protocol and detect GPIO input states using the I2C read protocol. Additionally, it has an interrupt function that frees the CPU from polling the registers in the GPIO expander. GPIO expanders also feature built-in power on reset, 3V tolerant input, and NMOS open-drain output.

BU4066BC series is a four-channel single-pole double-throw switch that can control digital or analog signals. BU4051BC/BU4052BC/BU4053BC/BU4551B series are analog selectable composite multiplexers/demultiplexers. BU4051BC series is configured with 8 channels, BU4052BC series is configured with two 4 channels, BU4053BC series is configured with three 2 channels, BU4551B series is configured with four 2 channels, and switches applicable for each channel are turned on according to digital signals of control terminal. Even if the logic amplitude (VDD-VSS) of the control signal is small, signals of large amplitude (VDD-VEE) can be switched.

The GPIO Expander IC BU1850MUV is a chip used to expand IO ports. It can control GPIO output states through the I2C write protocol and read GPIO input states through the I2C read protocol. Furthermore, it has an interrupt function that can release the CPU from polling the registers in the GPIO expander. GPIO expanders are also equipped with built-in power on reset, 3V tolerant input, and NMOS open-drain output.

The BU1851GUW key encoder IC is an 8x8 keyboard encoder IC that supports 64 keys and is compatible with QWERTY keyboards. It adopts the architecture that the information of the only key whose status is changed, such as push or release, is encoded into the 8 bits data. This can greatly reduce the CPU load which tends to become heavier as the number of keys increase. (Previously, all key's status is stored in the registers.) Furthermore, auto sleep function contribute to low power consumption, when no keys are pressed. It is also equipped with the various functions such as ghost key rejection, N-key Rollover, Built-in power on reset and oscillator.
