The LD1580 is a very low dropout positive linear voltage regulator particularly suitable for applications requiring output currents up to 7A. It features low dropout voltage, fast transient response, thermal shutdown protection, etc.
The LCE6.5 to LCE28A series is a low capacitance TransZorb™ transient voltage suppressor. Its features include: plastic package with UL 94V-0 flammability classification, glass passivated junction, 1500W peak pulse power capability, excellent clamping capability, low incremental surge resistance, fast response time, ideal for data line applications, etc.
The MIC2546/2547 dual programmable current limit switch is optimized for low loss dc power switching and other power management applications, including Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI).
The LC723700 Series are large-capacity ETR microcontrollers that achieve an instruction execution time of 1.33 µs and provide up to 64 KB of ROM and up to 2 KB of RAM. They include an on-chip high-performance PLL circuit that features an added high-speed lock circuit and can control the C/N characteristics of a local oscillator. They also provide a rich set of on-chip interface circuits, including a 3-channel serial I/O port, and an 8- input 8-bit A/D converter.
The LC662104A, LC662106A, and LC662108A are 4-bit CMOS microcontrollers that integrate all the functions required in a special-purpose telephone controller, including ROM, RAM, I/O ports, a serial interface, a DTMF generator, timers, and interrupt functions. These microcontrollers are available in a 30-pin package.
This document describes the features and characteristics of Lattice Semiconductor Corp.'s ispMACH 4000V/B/C/Z family of products, including high performance, ease of design, low power, and broad device offering.
2N718A, 2N1613, 2N1613L are NPN low power silicon transistors with a maximum rating of 30Vdc, 500mAdc, 0.5W, and a working temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
L78L00 series three-terminal positive regulators employ internal current limiting and thermal shutdown, making them essentially indestructible. If adequate heat-sink is provided, they can deliver up to 100 mA output current. They are intended as fixed voltage regulators in a wide range of applications including local or on-card regulation for elimination of noise and distribution problems associated with single-point regulation. In addition, they can be used with power pass elements to make high-current voltage regulators. The L78L00 series used as Zener diode/resistor combination replacement, offers an effective output impedance improvement of typically two orders of magnitude, along with lower quiescent current and lower noise.
