The Micrel MIC2177 is a 200kHz synchronous buck (step-down) switching regulator designed for high-efficiency, battery-powered applications. It operates from a 4.5V to 16.5V input and can supply up to 2.5A output current. The regulator can operate in PWM or skip mode, depending on the output conditions, to achieve high efficiency over a wide output current range. It features a shutdown mode that reduces quiescent current to less than 5µA. The MIC2177 uses current-mode control with internal current sensing, providing superior line regulation and easy compensation of the control loop. It is protected against pulse-by-pulse current limiting and thermal shutdown. The output is turned off when the input voltage is less than 4.5V. The MIC2177 is packaged in a 20-lead wide power SO package with an operating temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
The MGF0919A GaAs FET is an N-channel Schottky Gate GaAs FET designed for use UHF band amplifiers. It features high output power, high power gain and high power added efficiency.
MF1105-1 is a narrowband filter produced by Philips. It is mainly used in the IF filter circuit of GSM hand-held devices. The filter has the advantages of small size, light weight, no adjustment, low insertion loss, high stop band attenuation, wide and steep passband characteristics, high stability and reliability.

The UTC MCR101 SCR is a PNPN device designed for high volume, line-powered consumer applications such as relay and lamp drivers, small motor controls, gate drivers for larger thyristors, and sensing and detection circuits. It features a sensitive gate that allows triggering by microcontrollers and other logic circuits, a blocking voltage of up to 600V, an on-state current rating of 0.8A RMS at 80°C, high surge current capability of 10A, and immunity to dV/dt of at least 20V/µsec at 110°C.
The MCP1702 is a family of CMOS low dropout (LDO) voltage regulators that can deliver up to 250 mA of current while consuming only 2.0 µA of quiescent current (typical). It features low dropout voltage, stable output voltage, short-circuit protection, and overtemperature protection. It is suitable for various applications such as battery-powered devices, alarm circuits, detectors, mobile phones, and digital cameras.
The MCM67M518 is a synchronous static random access memory designed to provide a burstable, high-performance, secondary cache for the MC68040 and PowerPC microprocessors. It is fabricated using Motorola's high-performance silicon-gate BiCMOS technology and integrates input registers, a 2-bit counter, high-speed SRAM, and high drive capability outputs onto a single monolithic circuit. The synchronous design allows precise cycle control with the use of an external clock. Bursts can be initiated with either transfer start processor or transfer start cache controller input pins. Write cycles are internally self-timed and initiated by the rising edge of the clock input.

The MC10SX1126 is an integrated limiting amplifier for high frequency fiber optic applications. The device interfaces directly to the trans-impedance amplifier of a typical optical to electrical conversion portion of a fiber optic link. With data rate capabilities in the 1.25Gb/s range, the high gain limiting amplification of the SX1126 is ideal for high speed fiber optic applications like SONET/SDM, ATM, FDDI, Fibre Channel or Serial Hippi. The device is functionally and pin compatible to the Signetics SA5225 with a significantly higher bandwidth. The CAZP and CAZN inputs to the limiting amplifier provide an auto-zero function to effectively cancel any input offset voltage present in the amplifier. The SX1126 incorporates a programmable level detect function to identify when the input signal has been lost. This information can be fed back to the Disable input of the device to maintain stability under loss of signal conditions. Using the Vset pin the sensitivity of the level detect can be adjusted. The CLD input is used to filter the level detect input so that random noise spikes are filtered out. The MC10SX1126 is compatible with MECL10H logic levels.
