The CXG1028ATN is a high power SPDT switch suitable for Digital Cellular applications. This device is part of a growing family of MMIC Antenna switches for digital cellular and cordless radios. It uses the state-of-the-art Sony GaAs JFET process.

This document is an introduction to datasheet.

This document is about the specifications of LS 3380, LY 3380, LG 3380. It includes product characteristics, model, package, package color, emission color, luminous intensity and other information.

The LCXH162374 is a low voltage 16-bit D-type flip-flop with bus hold and 26Ω series resistors in outputs. It is intended for bus oriented applications and features sixteen non-inverting D-type flip-flops with 3-STATE outputs. The device is byte controlled. A buffered clock (CP) and Output Enable (OE) are common to each byte and can be shorted together for full 16-bit operation. The LCXH162374 is designed for low voltage (2.5V or 3.3V) VCC applications. The LCXH162374 data inputs include active bus hold circuitry, eliminating the need for external pull-up resistors to hold unused or floating data inputs at a valid logic level. The 26Ω series resistor in the output helps reduce output overshoot and undershoot. The LCXH162374 is fabricated with an advanced CMOS technology to achieve high speed operation while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation.

This data sheet provides detailed information on the features and characteristics of the 74HC/HCT257 chip, including the non-inverting data path, 3-state outputs directly interface with system bus, output capability is bus driver, etc.

This document describes the features of BF 998R silicon N-channel MOSFET tetrode, suitable for low noise, gain-controlled input stages up to 1 GHz.

This document introduces two data acquisition system products LTC1292/LTC1297. The features include 12-bit resolution, maximum conversion time of 12µs, low supply current of 6.0mA, shutdown supply current of 5µA (LTC1297), built-in sample-and-hold, single supply 5V operation, 60kHz maximum throughput rate (LTC1292), power shutdown after each conversion (LTC1297), direct 3-wire interface to most MPU serial ports and all MPU parallel ports, analog input common mode to supply rails

The PTV03020W is a nonisolated power module with various features and applications, suitable for multivoltage digital systems, high-density logic circuits, high-end computers, and servers.

The 74AC16244, 54AC16244 are 16-bit buffers/line drivers with 3-state outputs. It belongs to TI's Widebus family. The device can be used as 4 4-bit, 2 8-bit, or 1 16-bit buffer. It provides true output and symmetrical low-level enable input. When OE is low, the device passes noninverted data from the A inputs to the Y outputs. When OE is high, the outputs are in the high-impedance state. The 74AC16244 is packaged in TI's shrink small-outline package, which provides twice the I/O pin count and functionality of standard small-outline packages in the same printed-circuit-board area.
