NM93C06 is a 256-bit CMOS non-volatile EEPROM organized as 16 x 16-bit array. It features MICROWIRE interface, compatible with many standard Microcontrollers and Microprocessors. This device is fabricated using Fairchild Semiconductor floating-gate CMOS process for high reliability, high endurance and low power consumption. Suitable for low power applications.

This document introduces the features of the NM93C06LZ series of chips, including 256, 1024, 2048, and 4096 bits of storage capacity. They use CMOS non-volatile electrically erasable memory, divided into 16, 64, 128, 256 16-bit registers. They are manufactured using National Semiconductor’s floating-gate CMOS process for high reliability and low power consumption. These memory devices are available in both SO and TSSOP packages for small space considerations. The serial interface that operates these EEPROMs is MI- CROWIRE compatible for simple interface to standard mi- crocontrollers and microprocessors. There are 7 instruc- tions that control these devices. Read, Erase, Write Enable, Erase, Erase All, Write, Write All, and Erase-Write Disable. The ready-busy status is available on the DO pin to indicate the completion of a programming cycle.

NJU7332 is a single-phase DC brushless motor driver IC for very small fan-motor application. It features MOS-FET driver circuit for better saturation characteristics. Slew late of amplifiers and feedback resistors are optimized to achieve low-noise motor operation. NJU7332 adopt a very small FFP package, therefore it is suitable for micro motor applications.

NJM2146B is a voltage and current control IC which contains single-supply low offset voltage OP-AMP (2mV max.), low operating OP-AMP, and precision voltage reference. It is suitable for battery charger, second controller of switching regulator systems, and other battery systems.

NJG1551F is a 800MHz band mixer GaAs MMIC featured low distortion, high conversion gain and low noise figure. NJG1551F includes a mixer and a local amplifier, and ideally suitable for 800MHz band digital mobile phone handsets. The very small MTP package is adopted.

NDS9955 is a dual N-channel enhancement mode power field effect transistor, suitable for low voltage applications, with features such as fast switching, low power loss, and resistance to transients.

This is a low voltage half bridge switch device, using Fairchild's proprietary high cell density DMOS technology, with extremely high switching performance, suitable for low voltage half bridge applications or CMOS applications

The NCP302 and NCP303 series are second generation ultra-low current voltage detectors that contain a programmable time delay generator. These devices are specifically designed for use as reset controllers in portable microprocessor based systems where extended battery life is paramount. Each series features a highly accurate undervoltage detector with hysteresis and an externally programmable time delay generator. This combination of features prevents erratic system reset operation. The NCP302 series consists of complementary output devices that are available with either an active high or active low reset. The NCP303 series has an open drain N-Channel output with an active low reset output.

1N4883 is an improved version of 1N4001 series, with higher reverse recovery time, lower forward voltage drop and higher current capacity.

MX27C256 is a 5V only, 256K-bit, ultraviolet erasable programmable read only memory. It is organized as 32K by 8 bits, operates from a single + 5volt supply, has a static standby mode, and features fast single address location programming.
