The LM317 is an adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulator capable of supplying in excess of 1.5 A over an output voltage range of 1.2 V to 37 V. This voltage regulator is exceptionally easy to use and requires only two external resistors to set the output voltage. Further, it employs internal current limiting, thermal shutdown and safe area compensation, making it essentially blow-out proof.

LM317AHV is a 3-terminal positive adjustable voltage regulator that is designed to supply more than 1.5A of load current with an output voltage adjustable over a 1.2 to 57V. It employs internal current limiting, thermal shut down and safe area compensation.

The LM3146 is a high voltage field effect transistor produced by National Semiconductor Corporation. It is packaged in a dual in-line package and features high voltage matched pairs of transistors, low noise figure and wide operating current range. It is widely used in various signal processing systems.

The LM113 and LM313 are temperature compensated, low voltage reference diodes. They feature extremely tight regulation over a wide range of operating currents in addition to an unusually low breakdown voltage and good temperature stability. The diodes are synthesized using transistors and resistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. As such, they have the same low noise and long term stability as modern IC op amps. Further, output voltage of the reference depends only on highly predictable properties of components in the IC, so they can be manufactured and supplied to tight tolerances.

The LM111, LM211, and LM311 are voltage comparators that have input currents nearly a thousand times lower than devices like the LM106 or LM710. They are also designed to operate over a wider range of supply voltages: from standard ±15V op amp supplies down to the single 5V supply used for IC logic. Their output is compatible with RTL, DTL, and TTL as well as MOS circuits. Further, they can drive lamps or relays, switching voltages up to 50V at currents as high as 50 mA. Both the inputs and the outputs of the LM111, LM211, or the LM311 can be isolated from system ground, and the output can drive loads referred to ground, the positive supply, or the negative supply. Offset balancing and strobe capability are provided, and outputs can be wire OR’ed. Although slower than the LM106 and LM710 (200 ns response time vs 40 ns), the devices are also much less prone to spurious oscillations. The LM111 has the same pin configuration as the LM106 and LM710. The LM211 is identical to the LM111, except that its performance is specified over a −25˚C to +85˚C temperature range instead of −55˚C to +125˚C. The LM311 has a temperature range of 0˚C to +70˚C.

This data sheet introduces the product information of AU211/LM111/211/311/311B voltage comparators, including input current, working voltage, output current, etc.

The LM108 series is a precision operational amplifier with specifications ten times better than FET amplifiers. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The low current error of the LM108 series enables designs that are not practical with conventional amplifiers.
