The RP102x series of low noise 300mA LDOs are based on CMOS and feature 300mA output. The RP102x series has a supply current as low as 50μA, which is far lower than existing lines. Due to a built-in 0.4Ω (at VOUT=2.8V) on-resistor, RP102x can provide a low dropout voltage. RP102x also features excellent line transient response, ripple rejection at 80dB, and low noise. The output voltage accuracy is as high as ± 0.8% and the temperature drift coefficient of output voltage is low at ± 20ppm/°C.

The RP101x Series are CMOS-based voltage regulator ICs with high output voltage accuracy, extremely low supply current, low ON-resistance, and high ripple rejection.

The RP101x Series are CMOS-based LDO regulators featuring 300mA output. RP101x has the supply current as low as 18μA, which is far lower than current products. Due to a built-in transistor with low on-resistance of 0.87Ω (at VOUT=2.8V) , RP101x provides a low dropout voltage. RP101x also has an excellent line transient response, 75dB ripple rejection, and low noise. The output voltage accuracy has been improved to ± 0.6% and the temperature drift coefficient of the output voltage is as low as ± 30ppm/°C.

R1191x series 300mA LDO regulator with the reverse current protection. The maximum operating voltage is 16V. These ICs can switch to the fast mode and the low power mode by the low power / fast mode changer pin (ECO pin) without changing the output voltage value.

The R1191x Series are CMOS-based manual mode switching 16V input voltage regulators with ECO pin featuring 300mA output. By inputting control signals to the ECO pin, the mode of the regulator can be switched to low power mode or fast response mode, thus making both active and sleep modes available for the system. The built-in reverse current protection circuit prevents the current flow from VOUT to VDD when VOUT is higher than VDD. This feature makes the product ideally suited for backup circuit. Standby mode and auto-discharge function are also available (see Selection Guide). Ceramic capacitors can be used.

R1161x Series are CMOS-based voltage regulator ICs with high output voltage accuracy, low supply current, and low ON-resistance. Each of these voltage regulator ICs consists of a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, resistors for setting output voltage, a current limit circuit, and a chip enable circuit. These ICs perform with low dropout voltage and a chip enable function. To prevent the destruction by over current, current limit circuit is included. The R1161x Series have 3-mode. One is standby mode with CE or standby control pin. Standby mode realizes ultra small consumption current off mode. Other two modes are realized with ECO pin. Fast Transient Mode (FT mode) and Low Power Mode (LP mode) are alternative with ECO pin. Consumption current is reduced at Low Power Mode compared with Fast Transient Mode. Output voltage is maintained between FT mode and LP mode. The output voltage of these ICs is internally fixed with high accuracy. Since the packages for these ICs are SOT-23-5, SON-6 (Limited), and HSON-6 (Limited), high density mounting of the ICs on boards is possible.

The R1161N Series are CMOS-based manual mode switching LDO regulators with ECO pin featuring 300mA output. By inputting control signals to the ECO pin, the mode of the regulator can be switched to low power mode or fast response mode, thus making both active and sleep modes available for the system. The CE pin can switch the regulator into standby mode.
