The R1131x series are CMOS-based low voltage regulator ICs with output voltage range from 0.8V to 3.3V. The minimum operating voltage is 1.4V.

The R1131N Series is a CMOS-based LDO regulator with a 300mA output. The input voltage (VIN) can go as low as 1.4V and the output voltage can be set as low as 0.8V. The CE pin allows the regulator to switch into standby mode. Ceramic capacitors can be used. Features include low supply current, low standby current, low dropout voltage, and good ripple rejection.

The R1130x Series are CMOS-based voltage regulator (VR) ICs. VR function has features of high ripple rejection, low dropout voltage, high output voltage accuracy, and ultra-low supply current.

The R1130H Series is a CMOS-based LDO regulator with a 300mA output. The input voltage (VIN) can go as high as 8V (maximum rating of 9V). R1130H is available in two versions: the internally fixed output voltage type or the adjustable output voltage type using an external resistor. The CE pin can switch the regulator into standby mode.

R1160x SERIES 3-MODE 200mA LDO REGULATOR is a low power, low dropout voltage, high accuracy LDO chip from ROHM, which has 3 working modes and can be switched between Fast Transient Mode (FT mode) and Low Power Mode (LP mode) by ECO pin.

The R1160N Series are CMOS-based Manual mode switching LDO regulators with ECO pin featuring 200mA output. By inputting control signals to the ECO pin, the mode of the regulator can be switched to low power mode or fast response mode, thus making both active and sleep modes available for the system. The CE pin can switch the regulator into standby mode. This feature helps to extend the battery life. Features include supply current, standby current, dropout voltage, ripple rejection, input voltage range, output voltage range, output voltage accuracy, temperature coefficient, etc.

The RP100x Series are CMOS-based low-dropout linear regulators with high output voltage accuracy, extremely low supply current, low ON-resistance, and high ripple rejection.

The RP107x Series are CMOS-based LDO regulators featuring 200mA output. Since the output capacitor and noise bypass capacitor are able to be reduced and the packages are small DFN(PLP)1212-6, WLCSP-4-P5, and SC-88A, high density mounting on boards are possible. The input voltage (VIN) is as low as Min.1.4V and the output voltage can be set from 1.0V. Supply current is as low as 9.5μA compared to existing lines. The CE pin can switch the regulator to standby mode.

RP202x SERIES Low Power/Fast MODE alternative 200mA LDO REGULATOR

The RP202x Series is a CMOS-based auto mode switching LDO regulator with a 200mA output. In auto switching mode, the operation can switch automatically to fast response mode or low power mode of the ECO function according to output current. (Automatic switching to fast response mode under IOUT>8mA conditions or to low power mode under IOUT<1mA conditions.) In low power mode, supply current is as low as 2.5μA. In fast response mode, ripple rejection is 70dB and noise is low. RP202x requires neither ECO pin for switching mode nor microcontroller pin. RP202x supports low voltage, featuring input voltage from 1.4V and output voltage from 0.8V. Standby mode and auto-discharge function are also available. In addition to SOT-23-5 and SC-88A packages, and a 1mm square DFN(PLP)1010-4 are also available. RP202x Series contributes to the downsizing of the hand-held equipment because it can use the 0.47μF ceramic capacitor.

The RP201x Series is a series of CMOS-based voltage regulator ICs with high output voltage accuracy, low dropout voltage, and low supply current. The series includes three modes: standby mode, fast response mode, and fast and low power auto-change mode. It also features a current limit circuit for overcurrent protection and an auto ECO mode for reduced supply current at light load. The ICs are available in SOT-23-5, SC-88A, thin DFN(PLP)1212-6, and WLCSP-4-P5 packages, allowing for high-density mounting. The series offers low power consumption and high ripple rejection.

The RP201x series are CMOS-based manual/automatic mode shift LDO regulators featuring 150mA output. In auto switching mode, the operation can switch automatically to fast response mode or low power mode of the ECO function according to output current. (Automatic switching to fast response mode under IOUT>8mA conditions or to low power mode under IOUT<1mA conditions.) In low power mode, supply current is as low as 1.5μA. In fast response mode, ripple rejection is 70dB and noise is low. By inputting control signal into the AE pin, the mode of the regulator can be fixed with fast response mode. In addition to a 0.69mm square WLCSP-4-P5 package and a 1.2mm square DFN(PLP)1212-6 are also available.

The RP173x Series are CMOS-based voltage regulator ICs featuring 150 mA output and low supply current of Typ.2.0μA. Each of these ICs consists of a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a resistor-net for voltage setting, a current limit circuit, a chip enable circuit and a Reverse Current Protection Circuit. RP173x Series are suitable for the power source such as the equipment being in the standby-mode. A version with /CE input pin has reduced CE pull-up resistance to make its supply current ultra low. The RP173x Series have Max.11V Input voltage and are applicable to the portable communication equipment that require the 2-cell Li-ion battery. Also they are applicable to the non-portable communication equipments. As this series includes Reverse Current Protection Circuit, there is little leakage current, if it's used as back-up circuit. Since the packages for these ICs are the SOT-23-5 package, SC-88A, or DFN(PLP)1010-4 of 1mm square, high density mounting of the ICs on boards is possible.
