The document introduces the features and characteristics of Motorola Thyristor Device Data, which are primarily designed for half-wave AC control applications such as motor controls, heating controls, and power supplies. It features glass-passivated junctions and a blocking voltage up to 800 volts.

The MCR18 series 1 / 4W thick film rectangular low resistance resistor has a 1 / 4W power rating. This resistor features a ruthenium oxide dielectric with superior resistance to the elements. Thick film makes the electrodes very strong and will not corrode with soldering. Design and specifications are subject to change without notice. Please carefully check the specification sheet before using or ordering this product.
