The MCR102/3 is a reverse blocking triode thyristor manufactured by Motorola and is suitable for low cost, high volume consumer applications such as relay and lamp drivers, small motor controls, gate drivers for larger thyristors and sensing and detection circuits.

MCR101 SCR is a sensitive gate silicon controlled rectifier produced by Unisonic. It has reverse blocking diode characteristics. It can be used in various applications that require high current and high reliability, such as relay and lamp drivers, small motor controllers, gate drivers for larger thyristors, and sensing and detection circuits.

MCR100 resistor is a chip fixed resistor produced by ROHM, with rated voltage of 200V, rated current of 4A, and operating temperature range of -55°C~+125°C. The nominal resistance range is 0.1~100kΩ. It has excellent weather resistance of ruthenium oxide resistance material, the pass-through resistance is Max.50mΩ, and it is a high reliability resistor.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the MCR100-3 to MCR100-8 models, including peak forward and reverse blocking voltage, forward current, and peak forward surge current.

The document describes the features and characteristics of MCR100 (6432 size: 1W) thick film rectangular resistors, including the use of the same material as general purpose chip resistors, superior resistance to the elements, electrodes not corroded by soldering, and approved ISO-9001 certification.

MCR03 Thick film rectangular resistors (1608 size) have a power rating of 1 / 10W and are highly reliable chip resistors. Ruthenium oxide dielectric material offers superior resistance to the elements. Thick film makes the electrodes very strong and they will not corrode due to soldering. FX, D resistors have resin protective coating that absorbs impact and facilitates mounting. ROHM resistors have approved ISO–9001 certification. Design and specifications are subject to change without notice. Carefully check the specification sheet supplied with the product before using or ordering it.
