M74HCT14 is a CMOS HEX SCHMITT INVERTER fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. It has high speed, low power dissipation, high noise immunity, symmetrical output impedance, and can be directly interfaced with HSC2MOS systems with TTL and NMOS components.
