The L6911B is a power supply controller specifically designed to provide high-performance DC/DC conversion for Pentium II Microprocessors. It features a precise 5-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that allows for adjustable output voltage from 1.3V to 2.05V in 0.05V binary steps and from 2.1V to 3.5V in 0.1V binary steps. The high-precision internal reference, digitally trimmed, ensures the selected output voltage within +/-1% accuracy. The device provides excellent load transient response and stable output accuracy thanks to the window comparator system. It supports overvoltage protection and overcurrent protection. The operating frequency ranges from 50kHz to 1MHz. It meets Intel Pentium II specifications and includes a disable function.

The document describes the features and characteristics of the L6910 and L6910A products, including operating voltage range, gate current capability, adjustable output voltage, non-inverting input, voltage reference, PWM control, load transient response, duty cycle, power good output, overvoltage protection, hiccup overcurrent protection, adjustable internal oscillator frequency, soft start and inhibit. It is applicable for supply to memories and terminations, computer add-on cards, low voltage distributed DC-DC, and mag-amp replacement applications.

The L6902D is a complete and simple step down switching regulator with adjustable current limit. Based on a voltage mode structure it integrates a current error amplifier to have a constant voltage and constant current control. By means of an on board current sense resistor and the availability of the current sense pins (both compatible to Vcc and for Cs- compatible with GND too) a current limit programming is very simple and accurate (±5%). Moreover constant current control can be used to charge NiMH and NiCd batteries. The device can be used as a standard DC/DC converter with adjustable current limit (set by using the external sense resistor). The internal robust P-Channel DMOS transistor with a typical of 250mΩ assures high efficiency and a minimum dropout even at high output current level. The internal limiting cur

The product is the L6598 power controller from STMicroelectronics. It supports high voltage power supply, with a driving capacity of 250mA source and 450mA sink. It has soft start, frequency shifting, timing control and other functions.

The L6598 is a high voltage resonant controller manufactured with BCD OFF LINE technology, capable of ensuring voltage ratings up to 600V. It is perfectly suited for AC/DC Adapters and wherever a Resonant Topology can be beneficial. The device is intended to drive two Power MOS, in the classical Half Bridge Topology. A dedicated Timing Section allows the designer to set Soft Start Time, Soft Start and Minimum Frequency. An Error Amplifier, together with the two Enable inputs, are made available. In addition, the integrated Bootstrap Diode and the Zener Clamping on low voltage supply, reduces to a minimum the external parts needed in the applications.
