The products feature low on-resistance, ultralow threshold, low input capacitance, low input and output leakage, extra ESD protection, low offset voltage, low-voltage operation, high speed, easily driven, low error voltage, etc. The products are suitable for driving relays, solenoids, lamps, hammers, displays, memories, transistors, etc., as well as battery operated systems, solid-state relays, inductive load drivers, etc.

This datasheet introduces the specification of LZ9FC22, timing Control IC for TFT-LCD module

LZ95B25 is a CMOS subcarrier signal generator LSI which provides subcarrier pulses for color video camera. It can be switched between NTSC, PAL and SECAM systems. It has a single + 5 V power supply and a 18-pin MFP package.

The LZ93N61 is a CMOS timing generator LSI from WARP company. This chip supports NTSC and PAL video standards and can select 270,000 or 320,000 pixels of CCD according to need. Internal electronic shutter, can select 1/60, 1/125, 1/250, 1/500, 1/1000, 1/2000, 1/4000 and 1/10000 seconds of shutter speed. In addition, it supports 1/100 seconds (PAL: 1/120 seconds) of flicker-free mode, using parallel or serial code to control the shutter speed. This chip uses a single 5V power supply and is packaged in a 48-pin QFP package.

The LZ93N19 is a CMOS synchronous signal generator LSI that provides TV synchronous pulses and video signal processing pulses, in combination with the timing signal generator LSI (LZ93N61, LZ93F50, LZ93F33 or LZ95D37/M).

The LZ93BE0 is a CMOS timing generator LSI that provides horizontal transfer pulses, reset pulses, and sample-hold pulses for use in separate cameras, in combination with single-chip driver LSIs (LZ95G55, LZ95G41) and timing LSIs (LZ93F33, LZ93F50, LZ93N61 or LZ95D37/M).

The LZ93B53 is a CMOS synchronous signal generator LSI which provides B/W TV synchronous pulses and video signal processing pulses, in combination with the timing signal generator LSI (LZ93N61, LZ95F50, or LZ93F33).

The L4931 series is a very low dropout regulator with very low quiescent current and logic-controlled electronic shutdown function. It is suitable for low noise, low power, and battery-powered systems.

The L4931 series is a type of very low dropout voltage regulator with features such as very low dropout voltage, quiescent current, and output current up to 250mA. It is suitable for low noise, low power, and battery-powered systems.

L4925 is a monolithic integrated 5V voltage regulator with a very low dropout output and additional functions such as power-on reset and programmable reset delay time. It is designed for supplying microcomputer controlled systems especially in automotive applications. This product features very low quiescent current, high precision output voltage, high output current capability, and thermal shutdown and short circuit protections.

The L4923 is a Heptawat high-current monolithic voltage regulator with very low voltage drop (0.70 V max at 1 A, TJ = 25 °C). The device is internally protected against load dumps transient of + 60 V, input overvoltage, reverse polarity, overheating and output short circuit: thanks to these features the L4923 is very suited for automotive and industrial applications. The reset function is very useful for power off and power on information when supplying a microprocessor. The inhibit function reduces drastically the consumption when no load current is required: typically the standby current value is 300 µA.

The L4922 is a high current monolithic voltage regulator with a very low voltage drop (maximum 0.9V at 1A, TJ = 25°C) that remains low over the entire operating temperature range (-40°C to +125°C). The device has low quiescent current (maximum 70mA at 1A) over the full temperature range, precise output voltage (5V ± 4%) over the full temperature range, power on-off information with set-table delay, reverse battery protection, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
