The LIS332AR is a MEMS motion sensor with a 3-axis ±2 g analog-output ultracompact accelerometer. It is suitable for tilting applications, free-fall detection, gaming, anti-theft systems, inertial navigation, and motion tracking. The product features single voltage supply operation, high stability over temperature, ratiometric output voltage, power-down mode, embedded self-test, and 10000 g high shock survivability.

The LIS33DE is an ultra compact low-power three axis linear accelerometer belonging to the “nano” family of ST motion sensors. It includes a sensing element and an IC interface able to provide the measured acceleration to the external world through I2C/SPI serial interface. The sensing element is manufactured using a dedicated process developed by ST to produce inertial sensors and actuators in silicon. The IC interface is manufactured using a CMOS process that allows to design a dedicated circuit which is trimmed to better match the sensing element characteristics. The LIS33DE has dynamically user selectable full scales of ±2g/±8g and it is capable of measuring accelerations with an output data rate of 100 Hz or 400 Hz. A self-test capability allows the user to check the functioning of the sensor in the final application. The device may be configured to generate inertial wake-up/free-fall interrupts, or to be used in combination with a low-pass filter to generate a 2-bit activity indicator.

LIS35DE is a MEMS motion sensor from ST. It is 3-axis with ±2g/±8g smart digital output. The feature is 2.16 V to 3.6 V supply voltage, 1.8V compatible IOs, power consumption less than 1 mW, dynamically selectable full-scale ±2g/±8g, I2C/SPI digital output interface, programmable multiple interrupt generator, click and double click recognition, embedded high pass filter, 10000g high shock survivability, ECOPACK® RoHS and “Green” compliant, applications include free-fall detection, motion activated functions, gaming and virtual reality input devices, vibration monitoring and compensation.

The LIS352AX is a new small size, low-power 3- axis linear accelerometer that includes a sensing element and an IC interface capable of providing an absolute analog signal to the external world. It has a full-scale of ±2 g and is capable of measuring accelerations over a maximum bandwidth of 2.0 kHz. The self-test capability allows the user to check the functioning of the system. An embedded multiplexer allows the redirection of the analog outputs onto a single pin for operation with a single-channel A/D converter. ST is already in the field with several hundred thousand units of LIS352AX shipped for a wide range of consumer and industrial applications.
