This document describes the features of the BTA20 Triacs product, including rated current, rated voltage, IGT (max), applications, and appearance characteristics.

The XL0840 is a 0.8A sensitive gate triggering SCR featuring a high triggering threshold suitable for all high volume applications where the available gate current is limited, such as Christmas lights control.

ACS120-7SB/SFP/ST is an AC line switch from ON Semiconductor. It has a blocking voltage of +/-700V and a maximum current of 2A. The switch integrates a driver and has high noise immunity.

ACS110 belongs to the AC line switch family built around the ASD™ concept. It is a high-performance switch that can control a load up to 1A. The ACS™ switch has a high voltage clamping structure to absorb the inductive turn off energy and a gate level shifter driver to separate the digital controller from the main switch. It is triggered with a negative gate current flowing out of the gate pin. No external protection snubber or varistor is needed, reducing component count. It interfaces directly with the microcontroller and allows straightforward connection of several ACS™ on the same cooling pad (SOT-223).

The P0130AA is a gate sensitive SCR, packaged in TO-92, used in conjunction of a TN22 A.S.D™ and of a resistor in electronic starter for fluorescent tubelamps.

The ACST4 series is STMicroelectronics's ACST series of overvoltage protected AC switches, which have low turn-off current and high noise immunity. It is suitable for home appliances or industrial systems, and the drive current is 4A.

TMMDB3 is a 3A DIAC MINIMELF with a rated working voltage of 32V and a working temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.

The DB3TG is a trigger diode with a fixed voltage reference. It can be used in conjunction with triacs for simplified gate control circuits or as a starting element in fluorescent lamp ballasts.

The DB3/DB4 series is a trigger diode with a fixed voltage reference, which can be used in conjunction with triacs for simplified gate control circuits or as a starting element in fluorenscent lamp ballasts.

The X02 sensitive gate SCR can be used as the on/off function in applications where topology does not offer high current for gate triggering. This device is optimized in forward voltage drop and inrush current capabilities for reduced power losses and high reliability in harsh environments.

TN2540, TXN625, TYN625, TYN825, TYN1225 are standard 25 A SCRs with features such as rated rms current of 25 A, repetitive peak off-state voltage of 600 to 1200 V, triggering gate current of 40 mA and insulated package TO-220AB ins. These standard 25 A SCRs are suitable for general purpose applications. Using clip assembly technology, they provide a superior performance in surge current capabilities. TXN625RG is packaged in TO-220AB ins.

The standard TN16 / TYNx16 16 A SCRs series is suitable for general purpose applications. Using clip assembly technology, they provide a superior performance in surge current capabilities.
