The LSM333D is an inertial module capable of providing 9 DOF (degrees of freedom) inertial sensing by combining a 3D accelerometer, a 3D gyroscope and a 3D magnetometer in a system-in-package. The LSM333D has linear acceleration full-scales of ±2g/±4g/±8g/±16g, a magnetic field full-scale of ±2/±4/±8/±12 gauss and an angular rate of 250/±500/±2000 dps.

A3G4250D MEMS motion sensor: 3-axis digital output gyroscope

This document introduces the L3G4IS MEMS motion sensor, a three-axis digital output gyroscope that can be used for gaming and OIS applications. The sensor has three selectable full-scales (250/500/2000 dps) for gaming applications and ±65 dps full-scale for OIS applications. The sensor also has independent I2C and SPI digital interfaces, an embedded temperature sensor, user-selectable bandwidth low-pass and high-pass filters, a wide supply voltage range (2.4 V to 3.6 V), low voltage-compatible IOs (1.8 V), smart power saving power-down and sleep modes, and an embedded FIFO (first-in first-out buffer).

L3G3200D is a low-power three-axis angular rate sensor produced by ST company. It has wide voltage input range (2.4V-3.6V), wide operating temperature range (-40℃-85℃), low power consumption, built-in power-down, sleep mode, three selectable full-scale, 16-bit rate value data output, 8-bit temperature data output, I2C/SPI digital output interface, two dedicated lines (1 interrupt, 1 data ready), user selectable bandwidth integrated low-pass filters, user enabled integrated high-pass filters, built-in self-test, built-in temperature sensor, built-in FIFO, high shock survivability, compliant with RoHS standard and “green” requirements. It is mainly used in gaming and virtual reality input devices, MMI (man-machine interface) motion control, GPS navigation systems, household appliances and robotics.
