The L4923 is a Heptawat high-current monolithic voltage regulator with very low voltage drop (0.70 V max at 1 A, TJ = 25 °C). The device is internally protected against load dumps transient of + 60 V, input overvoltage, reverse polarity, overheating and output short circuit: thanks to these features the L4923 is very suited for automotive and industrial applications. The reset function is very useful for power off and power on information when supplying a microprocessor. The inhibit function reduces drastically the consumption when no load current is required: typically the standby current value is 300 µA.

The L4922 is a high current monolithic voltage regulator with a very low voltage drop (maximum 0.9V at 1A, TJ = 25°C) that remains low over the entire operating temperature range (-40°C to +125°C). The device has low quiescent current (maximum 70mA at 1A) over the full temperature range, precise output voltage (5V ± 4%) over the full temperature range, power on-off information with set-table delay, reverse battery protection, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.

L4920 L4921, are adjustable voltage regulators with very low voltage drop, adjustable output voltage, low quiescent current, reverse voltage protection, + 60/ − 60V transient peak voltage protection, short circuit protection and thermal shut-down. These regulators are designed for automotive, industrial and consumer applications where low consumption is particularly important. In battery backup and standby applications, these devices extend battery life.

The L4918 combines both a voltage regulator and a filter to provide high ripple rejection over a wider input voltage range. It has features such as high ripple rejection, high load regulation, high line regulation, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and dump protection.

L4916 is a fixed-output voltage regulator with an output voltage of 8.5V and an output current of 250mA. It has high ripple rejection, high load regulation and high line regulation. It also has built-in short circuit protection, thermal shutdown and dump protection.

L4915 is an adjustable voltage regulator with adjustable output voltage from 4V to 11V, output current up to 250mA, high ripple rejection, high load regulation, high line regulation, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown protection and surge protection.

L4909 is a multifunction voltage regulator from ST Microelectronics. It has 3 outputs, each of which can be adjusted from 5 to 12V with a maximum current of 1.2A. It also supports short circuit protection, overcurrent warning, external SCR driver and thermal shutdown protection.

The L4904A is a monolithic low drop dual 5V regulator designed mainly for supplying microprocessor systems. Reset and data save functions during switch on / off can be realized.

L4903 is a dual 5V regulator with reset and disable functions. It provides output currents of 50mA and 100mA. The fixed precision output voltage is 5V±2%. The reset function is controlled by the input voltage and output 1 voltage. The timing of the reset function can be externally programmed. The reset output level is related to output 2. Output 2 is internally switched with active discharging. Output 2 can be disabled using a logical input. It has low leakage current, less than 1µA at output 1. It also features input overvoltage protection up to 60V. The reset output is normally low. The output transistors have SOA protection. It provides short circuit and thermal overload protection.

The L4901A is a dual 5V regulator with reset function and fixed precision output voltage. It is designed for supplying microprocessor systems and features input overvoltage protection, short circuit and thermal overload protection.
