The T1035H and T1050H are ST high temperature 10A Triacs, rated at 10A and with a maximum working temperature of 150°C. They have low thermal resistance and three-quadrant commutation capability, and are suitable for high power density or universal motor applications such as vacuum cleaners and washing machine drum motors.
