STCF04 is a dedicated and space optimized high efficiency solution for driving a flash LED module in cameras, phones, PDAs and other handheld devices using the SuperCap technology.

LNBH26L is a monolithic voltage regulator and interface IC designed to provide the 13 / 18 V power supply and the 22 kHz tone signalling to the LNB down-converter in the antenna dishes or to the multi-switch box. It offers a complete solution for dual tuner satellite receivers with an extremely low component count and low power dissipation together with simple design and I²C standard interfacing.

L6699 is an enhanced high-voltage resonant controller with symmetrical duty cycle, variable frequency control and resonant half bridge. It also features self-adjusting adaptive deadtime, high-accuracy oscillator, 2-level OCP, PFC controller interface, anti-capacitive-mode protection, light load burst-mode operation, input for brownout protection or power-on/off sequencing, and “Safe-start” procedure prevents hard switching at startup. The device is compatible with 600 V rails and features an integrated bootstrap diode and high dv/dt immunity high-side gate driver, as well as -300/800 mA high-side and low-side gate drivers with UVLO pull-down. It is packaged in SO16N and is suitable for LCD TVs, desktop and AIO PCs, servers, Telecom power, AC-DC adapter, and open frame SMPS.

The A7986A is ST's 3 A step-down switching regulator, qualified following AEC-Q100 requirements, dedicated to automotive applications. Input voltage range is 4.5V to 38V, output voltage can be adjusted from 0.6V to VIN.

VIPER06 is a switch power supply chip produced by ST company. It has 800V surge intensity, PWM control, frequency jitter, adjustable set point current limiting, soft start, fault self-restart and other features.

The PM8903 is a high-efficiency monolithic step-down switching regulator designed to deliver up to 3A continuous current. It features high efficiency, a wide input voltage range of 2.8V to 6V, adjustable output voltage down to 0.6V, and more.

STBB2 is an ST high efficiency dual mode buck-boost DC-DC converter, with operating voltage range from 2.3V to 5.5V, output voltage can be selected by VSEL pin, support light load power saving mode, typical efficiency higher than 90%, static current 50µA, package as 20bumps 0.4mm pitch 2.1 x 1.8 mm Flip Chip

LDLN015xx is an ultra low noise linear regulator which provides 150mA maximum current from an input voltage ranging from 2.1 V to 5.5 V with a typical dropout voltage of 86 mV. The LDLN015xx provides a very clean output suitable for ultra sensitive loads with its 6.3µVRMS noise value in a band from 10 Hz to 100 kHz. It is stable with ceramic capacitors and suitable for low power battery powered applications.

The STOD13AS is a 250mA dual DC-DC converter for powering AMOLED displays. It integrates a step-up and an inverting DC-DC converter making it particularly suitable for battery operated products, in which the major concern is overall system efficiency. It works in pulse skipping mode during low load conditions and PWM-MODE at 1.5MHz frequency for medium/high load conditions. The high frequency allows the value and size of external components to be reduced. The Enable pin can be used for shutdown mode. The low quiescent current enables STOD13AS to save battery power in standby mode.

This document describes a product called LED7708, which is a 16-channel x 85mA LED driver with a boost controller and a 4-wire serial interface. It has a wide input voltage range, adaptive output voltage for high efficiency, and various protection functions. The LED7708 is suitable for TV and monitor backlight units for LCD panels and RGB/RGGB backlight solutions.

The L6564T is a 10-pin transition-mode PFC controller with features including guaranteed extreme temperature range, fast bi-directional input voltage feedforward, accurate adjustable output overvoltage protection, protection against feedback loop disconnection, inductor saturation protection, AC brownout detection, low startup current, 6mA max operating bias current, 1% internal reference voltage, -600/+800mA totem pole gate driver with active pull-down during UVLO, and SSOP10 package.

LNBH25L is an LNB supply and control IC with step-up and I²C interface. It features a built-in DC-DC converter for single 12V supply operation and high efficiency (typ. 93% @ 0.5A). The output current limit can be selected by an external resistor. The IC is compliant with main satellite receiver output voltage specifications and has an accurate built-in 22kHz tone generator. It also has a low-drop post regulator and high efficiency step-up PWM with integrated power N-MOS, allowing for low power losses. The IC provides overload and overtemperature internal protection with I²C diagnostic bits and LNB short-circuit dynamic protection.
