The A7985A is a step-down switching regulator with a 2.5 A current limited embedded power MOSFET, capable of delivering up to 2 A to the load. It features an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 38 V and an adjustable output voltage starting from 0.6 V. The device operates with a default switching frequency of 250 kHz, programmable up to 1 MHz, and includes internal soft-start and enable functions.
