MAXIM MAX9505 Manual
The MAX9505 is a low-power integrated audio/video decoder that filters and amplifies standard-definition video signals.
MAXIM MAX536/MAX537 Manual
The MAX536/MAX537 combine four 12-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converters (DACs) and four precision output amplifiers in a space-saving 16-pin package. Offset, gain, and linearity are factory calibrated to provide the MAX536’s ±1LSB total unadjusted error. The MAX537 operates with ±5V supplies, while the MAX536 uses -5V and +12V to +15V supplies. Each DAC has a double-buffered input, organized as an input register followed by a DAC register. A 16-bit serial word is used to load data into each input/DAC register. The serial interface is compatible with either SPI/QSPI™ or Microwire™, and allows the input and DAC registers to be updated independently or simultaneously with a single software command. The DAC registers can be simultaneously updated with a hardware LDAC pin. All logic inputs are TTL/CMOS compatible.
MAXIM MAX5820 Dual 8-Bit Low-Power 2-Wire Serial Voltage-Output DAC handbook
The MAX5820 is a dual, 8-bit voltage-output, digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with an I2C-compatible, 2-wire interface that operates at clock rates up to 400kHz. It operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply (115µA at VDD = 3.6V). The device features three software-selectable power-down output impedances: 100kΩ, 1kΩ, and high impedance. Other features include internal precision rail-to-rail output buffers and a power-on reset (POR) circuit that powers up the DAC in the 100kΩ power-down mode. The MAX5820 features a double-buffered I2C-compatible serial interface that allows multiple devices to share a single bus. All logic inputs are CMOS-logic compatible and buffered with Schmitt triggers, allowing direct interfacing to optocoupled and transformer-isolated interfaces. It minimizes digital noise feedthrough by disconnecting the clock (SCL) signal from the rest of the device when an address mismatch is detected. The MAX5820 is specified over the extended (-40°C to +85°C) temperature range and is available in a small 8-pin µMAX® package. Refer to the MAX5822 data sheet for the 12-bit version and to the MAX5821 data sheet for a 10-bit version.

MAXIM MAX320/MAX321/MAX322 handbook
MAX320/MAX321/MAX322 are precision, dual, SPST analog switches designed to operate from ±3V to ±8V dual supplies. MAX320 has two normally open (NO) switches and MAX321 has two normally closed (NC) switches. MAX322 has one NO and one NC switch. Low power consumption (1.25mW) makes these parts ideal for battery-powered equipment. They offer low leakage currents (100pA max) and fast switching speeds (tON = 150ns max, tOFF = 100ns max). The MAX320 series, powered from ±5V supplies, offers 35Ω max on-resistance (RON), 2Ω max matching between channels, and 4Ω max RON flatness. These switches also offer 5pC max charge injection and a minimum of 2000V ESD protection per Method 3015.7. For equivalent devices specified for single-supply operation, see the MAX323/MAX324/MAX325 data sheet. For quad versions of these switches, see the MAX391/MAX392/MAX393 data sheet.
MAXIM MAX492 MAX494 MAX495 Data Sheet
MAX492/MAX494/MAX495 is a precision low-power operational amplifier from Texas Instruments. It features low-voltage single-supply operation, wide input and output dynamic range and is widely used in portable equipment, battery-powered instruments, data acquisition, signal conditioning and other low-voltage applications.
MAXIM MAX3222E/MAX3232E/MAX3237E/MAX3241E/ MAX3246E Manual
This data sheet details the features and functions of the MAX3222E/MAX3232E/MAX3237E/MAX3241E/MAX3246E +3.0V powered EIA/TIA-232 and V.28/V.24 communication interface devices. These devices feature low power consumption, high data rates, and enhanced electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection.
MAXIM MAX364/MAX365 handbook
The document describes the MAX364 and MAX365 precision quad single-pole single-throw (SPST) analog switches. The MAX364 has four normally closed (NC) switches, and the MAX365 has four normally open (NO) switches. Both parts offer low-channel on-resistance (less than 85Ω), guaranteed to match within 2Ω between channels and to remain flat over the analog signal range (∆9Ω max). Both parts also offer low leakage (less than 500pA at +25°C and less than 4nA at +85°C) and fast switching (turn-on time less than 250ns and turn-off time less than 170ns). The MAX364/MAX365 are fabricated with Maxim’s new improved 44V silicon-gate process. Design improvements guarantee extremely low charge injection (10pC), low power consumption (35µW), and electro- static discharge (ESD) greater than 2000V. The 44V maximum breakdown voltage allows rail-to-rail analog signal handling capability. These monolithic switches operate with a single positive supply (+10V to +30V) or with split supplies (±4.5V to ±20V) while retaining CMOS-logic input compatibility and fast switching. CMOS inputs provide reduced input loading.
MAXIM MAX9117 MAX9120 handbook
The MAX9117-MAX9120 nanopower comparators in space-saving SC70 packages feature Beyond-the-Rails™ inputs and are guaranteed to operate down to +1.6V. The MAX9117/MAX9118 feature an on-board 1.252V ±1.75% reference and draw an ultra-low supply current of only 600nA, while the MAX9119/MAX9120 (without reference) require just 350nA of supply current. These features make the MAX9117-MAX9120 family of comparators ideal for all 2-cell battery-monitoring/management applications. The unique design of the output stage limits supply-current surges while switching, virtually eliminating the supply glitches typical of many other comparators. This design also minimizes overall power consumption under dynamic conditions. The MAX9117/MAX9119 have a push-pull output stage that sinks and sources current. Large internal-output drivers allow rail-to-rail output swing with loads up to 5mA. The MAX9118/MAX9120 have an open-drain output stage that makes them suitable for mixed-voltage system design. All devices are available in the ultra-small 5-pin SC70 package.
