FAIRCHILD 74LVQ04 handbook
The 74LVQ04 is a low voltage hex inverter produced by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. It is ideal for low power/low noise 3.3V applications and guarantees simultaneous switching noise level and dynamic threshold performance, guaranteed pin-to-pin skew AC performance, and guaranteed incident wave switching into 75 ohms.
FAIRCHILD 74LVC14 handbook
The 74LCX14 is a low voltage hex inverter with 5V tolerant Schmitt trigger inputs, which has hysteresis between the positive-going and negative-going input thresholds (typically 1.0V) which is determined internally by transistor ratios and is essentially insensitive to temperature and supply voltage variations.
FAIRCHILD 74LCX06 handbook
FAIRCHILD 74LCX04 handbook
74LCX04 is a low voltage hex inverter with 5V tolerant inputs manufactured by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. It has 2.3V-3.6V VCC specifications, 5.2ns tPD max.(VCC = 3.3V), 10µA ICC max.
FAIRCHILD 74AC04/74ACT04 handbook(1)
The 74AC14, 74ACT14 are six inverter gates with Schmitt trigger input produced by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. They are capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals. In addition, they have a greater noise margin than conventional inverters.
FAIRCHILD 74AC04/74ACT04 handbook
74AC04 and 74ACT04 are hex inverters, the AC/ACT04 contains six inverters. ICC reduced by 50% on 74AC only, outputs source/sink 24mA, ACT04 has TTL-compatible inputs
FAIRCHILD PCB Grounding System FAN2001/FAN2011 High Performance DC-DC Converters handbook
This application note is intended to help the system designer utilize the benefits of the FAN2011 and FAN2001 families of high performance step-down DC-DC regulators, to avoid PCB layout related problems and maximize overall system performance. The basic concept of “star grounding” is presented and ways of implementing star grounding for systems like a cell phone, are shown.
FAIRCHILD Assembly Guidelines for Fairchilds TinyBuck Packaging handbook
Introduces the assembly guidelines for Fairchild TinyBuck™ packaging
FAIRCHILD TinyCalc User Guide (Excel 07 Version)
TinyCalc is a Microsoft Excel-based calculator created to simplify the design of TinyBuck-based regulators. TinyBuck products are integrated synchronous buck regulators with one high-side and one low-side MOSFET and a controller/driver integrated in one 5x6mm molded leadless package (MLP). The last digit in the part number signifies the current rating of the product. This calculator covers designs with FAN2103, FAN2106, FAN2108, FAN2110, FAN21SV04, and FAN21SV06 regulators. Regulators with SV in the part numbers have a built-in 5V regulator. This document describes how to configure Excel 07 so this calculator can work without errors. This guide explains how to use the TinyCalc calculator to choose external components for designs once the input and output conditions are provided.
FAIRCHILD AN-6033 Component Calculations Simulation Tools for FAN2106 handbook
This document describes the design tools for FAN2106, including a spreadsheet calculator and average simulation models. The spreadsheet calculator can calculate component values and estimate losses. The average simulation models can be run on the full version and evaluation version of Pspice/AD.
FAIRCHILD FAN5069 Component Calculation Simulation Tools handbook
This app note describes the design tools for FAN5069, including an Excel workbook to calculate recommended external component values and a continuous-time behavioral model of the modulator that runs in PSPICE A/D v9.1 or above.
FAIRCHILD Component Calculations Simulation Tools for FAN5234 or FAN5236 handbook
This document introduces design aids for simplifying designs using the FAN5234 and FAN5236 PWM modulators, including a spreadsheet to calculate recommended component values and a continuous time behavioral model that runs in PSPICE A/D. The document also provides Bode plot outputs and phase gain Bode plot functionality.
FAIRCHILD Negative Voltage Management Using a FAN8303 Buck Regulator handbook
FAN8303 is a 2A, 370kHz monolithic integrated buck regulator with internal power MOSFETs. It is simple to use and needs minimal external components. This application note describes how to generate negative voltage using FAN8303. It introduces application examples and discusses optimized designs for a buck-boost circuit.
FAIRCHILD Negative Voltage Management Using a FAN8303 Buck Regulator (Chinese Translation) handbook
FAN8303 is a 2A, 370kHz single-chip integrated buck regulator with an integrated power transistor (MOSFET). It is simple to use and requires only minimal external components. This technical application note will explain how to use FAN8303 to generate negative voltage. The document will introduce application examples and discuss the best design for boost-buck circuits.
