ADCMP566 Rev. 0 is a dual ultrafast voltage comparator with features like 250 ps propagation delay input to output, 50 ps propagation delay dispersion, etc. It is suitable for applications such as high-speed instrumentation, scope and logic analyzer front ends, window comparators, high-speed line receivers and signal restoration, threshold detection, peak detection, high-speed triggers, etc.

The ADR293 is a low noise, micropower precision voltage reference that operates in a supply range of 6.0 V to 15 V. ADR520/ADR525/ADR530/ADR540/ADR550 is a series of ultra-compact precise voltage references with six output voltages of 2.048V, 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 4.0V and 5.0V, maximum temperature coefficient of 40ppm/°C, initial accuracy of ±0.2%. The ADM2914/ADM12914 are quad voltage monitoring devices designed to simultaneously monitor undervoltage and overvoltage conditions on up to four supply rails. There are four undervoltage and four overvoltage comparators integrated internally to provide common UV and OV output signals. This device integrates the required comparators and digital gating necessary to achieve single common UV and OV reset signals. Each input is compared with a 0.5 V reference. Users can program the monitoring voltage level through the external voltage dividers. When monitoring negative supplies, it has a 1 V buffered reference output that can be used. The tristate SEL pin is used to configure the polarity of the third and fourth inputs that determine if they are used for monitoring positive or negative supplies.

The AD680 is a low power, low cost 2.5 V reference. It features low quiescent current, high accuracy, low noise and adjustable temperature coefficient.

ADR291/ADR292 is a low noise micropower 2.5V and 4.096V precision voltage reference from Analog Devices. It has a supply voltage range of 2.8V to 15V, a supply current of 15μA, an output current of up to 5mA, and a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It is suitable for portable instrumentation, 3V and 5V systems, A/D and D/A converter references, solar-powered applications, and loop-current-powered instruments.

The ADR291W is a low noise, micropower precision voltage reference that uses an XFET® reference circuit. The XFET architecture offers significant performance improvements over traditional band gap and buried Zener-based references. The AD8468 is a low-power, high-speed single-supply comparator with a rail-to-rail input range of -0.2 V to VCC + 0.2 V and a rail-to-rail output voltage range of 0 V to VCC. The AD8468 has a typical propagation delay of 40 ns and a typical static current of 10 µA. The AD8468 operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The AD8468 has an integrated low-voltage-drop, low-noise, CMOS-compatible output stage that can drive a 15 pF load. The AD8468 also has a static shutdown input that can disable the output stage.
