This document describes the features and characteristics of Analog Devices' OP250/OP450 CMOS single-supply rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifiers. These operational amplifiers are suitable for applications such as battery-powered instrumentation, medical devices, remote sensors, ASIC input or output amplifiers, and automotive applications.
The Analog Devices OP250 and OP450 are dual and quad CMOS single-supply operational amplifiers designed for operation from a +2.7 V to +5 V single supply. These devices feature rail-to-rail inputs and outputs, allowing them to swing to the supply rails, and are capable of driving 100 mA loads while maintaining stability with capacitive loads. They are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C.
| Supply Voltage Range | +2.7 V to +5 V |
|---|---|
| Output Current | 100 mA |
| Supply Current per Amplifier | less than 1 mA |
| Temperature Range | -40 °C to +125 °C |
| Input Bias Current | 240 pA |
| Gain Bandwidth Product | 1 MHz |
| Slew Rate | 2.2 V/µs |
