ADF4116/ADF4117/ADF4118 are RF PLL frequency synthesizers with a frequency range of 550 MHz to 3.0 GHz, a power supply range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V, and extended tuning voltage capability in 3 V systems. They can be used to implement local oscillators (LO) in the upconversion and downconversion sections of wireless receivers and transmitters. These frequency synthesizers feature a low noise digital phase frequency detector (PFD), a precision charge pump, a programmable prescaler, digital lock detect, power-down mode, and fastlock mode.

The ADF4110 family of frequency synthesizers can be used to implement local oscillators in the upconversion and downconversion sections of wireless receive.

The AD630 is a high precision balanced modulator that combines a flexible commutating architecture with the accuracy and tem- perature stability afforded by laser wafer trimmed thin film resistors.
