The TLV245x is a family of rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifiers that sets a new performance point for supply current and ac performance. These devices consume a mere 23 µA/channel while offering 220 kHz of gain-bandwidth product, much higher than competitive devices with similar supply current levels. Along with increased ac performance, the amplifier provides high output drive capability, solving a major shortcoming of older micropower rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifiers. The TLV245x can swing to within 250 mV of each supply rail while driving a 2.5-mA load. Both the inputs and outputs swing rail-to-rail for increased dynamic range in low-voltage applications. This performance makes the TLV245x family ideal for portable medical equipment, patient monitoring systems, and data acquisition.

The TLE207x series of JFET-input operational amplifiers more than double the bandwidth and triple the slew rate of the TL07x and TL08x families of BiFET operational amplifiers. Texas Instruments Excalibur process yields a typical noise floor of 11.6 nV/√Hz, 17-nV/√Hz ensured maximum, offering immediate improvement in noise-sensitive circuits designed using the TL07x. The TLE207x also has wider supply voltage rails, increasing the dynamic signal range for BiFET circuits to ±19 V. On-chip zener trimming of offset voltage yields precision grades for greater accuracy in dc-coupled applications. The TLE207x are pin-compatible with lower performance BiFET operational amplifiers for ease in improving performance in existing designs. BiFET operational amplifiers offer the inherently higher input impedance of the JFET-input transistors, without sacrificing the output drive associated with bipolar amplifiers. This makes them better suited for interfacing with high-impedance sensors or very low-power loads.

UCD8220 and UCD8620 are members of the UCD8K family of analog pulse-width modulator devices to be used in digitally managed power supplies using a microcontroller or the TMS320™ DSP family. UCD8220 and UCD8620 are double-ended PWM controllers configured with push-pull drive logic. The UCD8620 has a 110-V high-voltage startup circuit which can directly start up the controller from a 48-V telecom input line. Systems using UCD8K devices close to 100% of the switching frequency range (i.e., 10 kHz to 2 MHz) and 1µA to 2A of output current, enabling high efficiency and performance.

The TPPM0301 is a low-dropout regulator with auxiliary power management that provides a constant 3.3-V supply at the output capable of driving a 400-mA load. The TPPM0301 provides a regulated power output for systems that have multiple input sources and require a constant voltage source with a low-dropout voltage. This is a single output, multiple input intelligent power source selection device with a low-dropout regulator for either 5VCC or 5VAUX inputs, and a low- resistance bypass switch for the 3.3VAUX input. Transitions may occur from one input supply to another without generating a glitch, outside of the specification range, on the 3.3-V output. The device has an incorporated reverse blocking scheme to prevent excess leakage from the input terminals in the event that the output voltage is greater than the input voltage. The input voltage is prioritized in the following order: 5VCC, 5VAUX, and 3.3VAUX.
