The R1141Q Series is a series of CMOS-based voltage regulator ICs with high output voltage accuracy, low supply current, low ON-resistance, and high ripple rejection. The output voltage of these ICs is internally fixed with high accuracy. The ICs are packaged in SC-82AB (Super Mini-mold) package, allowing for high-density mounting on boards.

A peak current limit circuit, a short current limit circuit, and a thermal shutdown circuit are built in the R1515x series. The regulator output voltage is fixed in the R1515xxxxB and can be selected with a step of 0.1V in the range of 2.0V to 12.0V. Output voltage accuracy is ±2%. Each of these ICs consists of a voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistors for detector threshold setting, an output driver and a hysteresis circuit. The detector threshold is fixed with high accuracy internally and does not require any adjustment. Three output types, Nch open drain “L” type, Nch open drain “H” type and CMOS type are available. The R3111x Series are operable at a lower voltage than that for the Rx5VL series, and can be driven by a single battery. Seven types of packages, TO-92 (Discontinued), SOT-89, SOT-23-3, SOT-23-5, SC-82AB, SC-88A and SON1612-6 are available.
