About this manual

The IonPac CS14 analytical columns and CG14 guard columns are designed for the separation of alkyl and alkanolamines from Group I and Group II cations. The stationary phase consists of a 8.0 μm poly (ethylvinylbenzene/divinylbenzene) macroporous substrate resin functionalized with a relatively weak carboxylic acid, providing both cation exchange and reverse phase properties. These columns are compatible with eluents having a pH from 0 to 14 and can be used with various organic solvents including acetonitrile, methanol, isopropanol, and tetrahydrofuran.
