SCANTECH's M-Track is an intelligent wireless solution that combines a 3D tracking system, a tool simulator, and path‑planning software. It captures 6D poses of a tool simulator to generate safe, efficient robot paths for applications such as grinding, coating, and welding.
The system delivers tracking accuracy of 0.064 mm (10.4 m³) and 0.078 mm (18 m³), operates at a 60 Hz tracking frequency, and works in temperatures from –10 °C to 40 °C. It is compatible with ABB, KUKA, FANUC and EFFORT robot models and supports both indoor and outdoor environments.
