About this manual

The Fluke 6531 and 6532 Electronic Deadweight Tester (E-DWT) kits deliver a complete hydraulic pressure calibration system capable of generating and controlling pressures up to 200 MPa (30,000 psi). They feature built‑in priming, AutoTest™, AutoRange, RS‑232 interface, and optional foot‑switch and battery pack for field use.

Each kit includes the E‑DWT‑H unit, power supply, vacuum fill kit, test‑station quick‑mount fitting, a full set of NPT, BSP and metric adapters, a rugged wheeled case, a rechargeable battery pack with charger, and a foot‑switch. The system can be filled with a variety of liquids such as Sebacate, mineral oil, water, or fluorinated fluids.
