About this manual

The AD5933 combines an on‑board frequency generator with a 12‑bit, 1 MSPS ADC to provide high‑accuracy impedance measurements from 1 kΩ to 10 MΩ. It supports programmable output voltage, frequency sweep, phase measurement, and includes an internal temperature sensor.

The device operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, works over –40 °C to +125 °C, and offers an I²C serial interface with up to 400 kHz clock speed. It is available in a 16‑lead SSOP package and qualified for automotive applications.
