Technical data sheet for the 4ABio MRN1217-50 miRNA extraction kit, describing features, storage, yield and step‑by‑step usage.
The MRN1217-50 kit is a column‑based, one‑step solution for rapid purification of small RNAs (miRNA, siRNA, etc.) from animal tissue, blood, plant material and other samples. It offers high purity (OD260/280 > 1.9) and yields of 20‑40 µg RNA per 100 mg animal tissue or 10‑30 µg per 100 mg plant tissue, with no genomic DNA contamination.
The protocol includes preparation of a fresh lysis solution (mixing solutions A and B 1:1), centrifugation steps to remove large RNA and DNA, and final elution of miRNA in RNase‑free water. The kit components include solutions A, B, C, a centrifuge adsorption column, wash buffer and RNA elution buffer, sufficient for 50 extractions. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Storage condition | Room temperature transport, 4 °C storage, 1‑year shelf life |
|---|---|
| RNA yield (animal tissue) | 20‑40 µg per 100 mg tissue |
| RNA yield (plant tissue) | 10‑30 µg per 100 mg tissue |
| Purity (OD260/280) | ≥ 1.9 |
| Column adsorption capacity (animal RNA) | 40 µg |
| Column adsorption capacity (plant RNA) | 20 µg |
Store the kit at 4 °C (after room‑temperature transport); the shelf life is one year.
Typical yield is 20‑40 µg of small RNA per 100 mg of animal tissue.
The column can bind up to 40 µg of animal RNA or 20 µg of plant RNA.
