Press and hold the Mode button for about 3 seconds until the LEDs start flashing, continue holding for another 7 seconds until they stop and the switch reboots.
Hold the Mode button until all LEDs above it turn solid green (usually more than 3 seconds); then release the button.
Disable all popup blockers, proxy settings, and wireless clients on the PC, then retry the Quick Install process.
