The CAT811 and CAT812 are microprocessor supervisory circuits that monitor power supplies.
The CAT811 and CAT812 are 4‑pin microprocessor power‑supply supervisory circuits that monitor voltage levels and provide a manual‑reset output. CAT811 delivers an active‑LOW reset, while CAT812 provides an active‑HIGH reset, and both replace the MAX811/MAX812 parts in industrial‑temperature applications.
These devices operate over –40 °C to +85 °C, are offered in SOT‑143 packages, and feature seven selectable threshold voltages. They include a manual reset input, low‑power consumption, and transient immunity to short‑duration brown‑out events.
