The Olympus B-20LPC is a battery charger for exclusive use with Olympus Camedia lithium-polymer batteries, powered from a home AC outlet. The manual presents the safety symbols and markings (Danger, Warning, Caution), the warnings and cautions for the charger and the battery, the names of the parts, the charging procedure and the meaning of the charging lamp indications, followed by notes on use, battery handling and cleaning.

The stated specifications list an output of DC 4.3 V, 4 A, dimensions of 185 (width) x 60 (height) x 69 (depth) mm and an operating ambient temperature of 0 °C to 40 °C. The Japanese text notes that the product can only be used in Japan and that use abroad with a conversion plug is not possible. This manual is written in Japanese.

It is for exclusive use with Olympus Camedia lithium-polymer batteries; other batteries cannot be charged.
The color of the charging lamp shows the condition of the battery; a flashing lamp within about one second during insertion or just before completion only indicates communication with the battery.
Stop charging; if charging still does not complete or the lamp flashes red or green repeatedly, unplug the AC cord, remove the battery and contact an Olympus service station.
The Japanese instructions state that the product can only be used in Japan and cannot be used abroad with a conversion plug.
