About this manual

The P89LPC9102/9103/9107 series are low‑cost 10‑pin HVSON or 14‑pin TSSOP microcontrollers that integrate a high‑performance 80C51‑compatible CPU, flash memory, RAM, timers, ADC/DAC, UART and other peripherals to reduce component count and board size. They offer internal RC oscillators, low power consumption and a wide I/O voltage range.

Key specifications include 1 kB byte‑addressable flash, 128 bytes of RAM, two 16‑bit timers (one usable as an RTC), a 4‑channel 8‑bit ADC, an enhanced UART with multiple modes, and I/O pins tolerant up to 5.5 V. The devices are supplied in compact HVSON‑10 and TSSOP‑14 packages. This manual is written in Chinese.
