SINGER - Independence Index for Neurological and Geriatric Rehabilitation

SINGER is an independence index used in neurological and geriatric rehabilitation. It was developed by Nikolaus Gerdes in 2005 and updated in 2012. SINGER is an assessment tool that measures a patient's independence in activities of daily living. It can help clinicians plan and evaluate rehabilitation programs and track patient progress.
