This paper mainly discusses the optimization and transformation of the operating mode of high-voltage switches in underground substations, realizes the constraint locking between the closing operation of circuit breakers in the ‘remote’ mode and ‘local’ mode of high-voltage switches, and the self-locking function of opening operation of high-voltage circuit breakers, prevents workers from operating switch cabinets when they make mistakes operation accidents, causing electric shock to personnel, effectively ensuring the safety of underground workers.
