TLP718 is a 6-pin SDIP package Schottky isolated optocoupler produced by Toshiba. It uses GaAℓAs infrared light-emitting diodes and high-gain, high-speed photo IC chips, which have high instantaneous common mode rejection voltage and excellent noise resistance.
The TLP718 is a GaAs infrared LED combined with a high‑gain, high‑speed phototransistor IC in a 6‑pin SDIP package. It features a totem‑pole output that can drive both sinking and sourcing loads, and the phototransistor chip is shielded for excellent common‑mode noise rejection.
The document lists absolute maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, electrical characteristics such as input current, propagation delay, isolation voltage, and switching performance. Mechanical dimensions, isolation distances and handling notes are also provided for designers integrating the device into circuits. This manual is written in Japanese.
