This document introduces the Moog D660 Series servo-proportional control valves with integrated electronics, suitable for ISO 4401 sizes 05 to 10. These valves are used in various applications including injection and blow molding equipment, die casting machines, presses, heavy industry equipment, paper and lumber processing. The D660 Series valves have been improved with new integrated 24 VDC electronics, significantly enhancing valve dynamics.
The Moog D660 Series consists of two-stage or three-stage proportional flow control valves designed for electrohydraulic position, velocity, pressure, or force control systems. These valves are suitable for applications requiring high dynamic response, including injection molding, die casting, presses, and heavy industry equipment.
Key features include new 24 V DC integrated electronics that improve valve dynamics by up to 30 percent, a redesigned ServoJet® pilot stage with reduced hysteresis and null shift, and improved fail-safe functionality. The valves are available in various sizes (ISO 4401 Size 05 to 10) and offer options for mechanical or electrically controlled fail-safe positions.
