Analog Devices ADG465 Single Channel Protector Data Sheet

The ADG465 is a single channel protector available in SOT-23 and MSOP packages. It is designed to be placed in series with the signal path to protect sensitive measurement equipment from faults and overvoltages. The device provides fault and overvoltage protection up to ±40V, with open circuit signal paths when power is off, an on resistance (RON) of 80Ω (typical) when power is on, and a maximum path current leakage of ±1 nA at 25°C. It is suitable for applications such as ATE equipment, sensitive measurement equipment, and hot insertion rack systems.
