This document introduces the ADA4432-1/ADA4433-1 SD video filter amplifiers with output short-to-battery protection. It features a fifth-order low-pass video filter with 0.1 dB flatness to 3 MHz, -3 dB bandwidth of 10 MHz, and 45 dB rejection at 27 MHz. Additionally, it has ultra-low power-down current and low quiescent current, making it suitable for automotive applications.
The ADA4432-1 (single-ended output) and ADA4433-1 (differential output) are fully integrated video reconstruction filters designed to combine overvoltage protection and short-to-ground protection. They feature a fifth-order low-pass video filter with a -3 dB bandwidth of 10 MHz and an internally fixed gain of 2 V/V, making them ideal for SD video applications including NTSC and PAL.
These devices operate on single supplies ranging from 2.6 V to 3.6 V and are qualified for automotive applications with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. They offer ultralow power consumption, with typical quiescent currents of 7.6 mA for the ADA4432-1 and 13.2 mA for the ADA4433-1.
| -3 dB Bandwidth (Small Signal) | 10.5 MHz |
|---|---|
| Out-of-Band Rejection | 45 dB at 27 MHz |
