The E640 can be powered either by its internal lithium‑battery or by an external 12 V DC supply, with automatic switching between them.
A fully charged internal battery allows the E640 to operate continuously for more than 30 hours.
In static mode the system provides horizontal accuracy of ±5 mm + 1 ppm and elevation accuracy of ±10 mm + 1 ppm.
